Good selection of books and magazines. But some customers have mistaken it for a library. The number of times I've come into the shop to see people having a good old read of the newspapers, magazines and books, then put them back.

Never have I encountered a staff member so rude - didn?t have a name badge on but worked at the post office. She had blonde hair & a bad attitude. Rolling her eyes, talking down on me, just because there were so many parcels behind the counter & she had to look for mine amongst them. News flash, that?s your job.

The book area has been moved from the store entrance area and has been put in one area the subject of the books does not match the area the books are in..ie. books on sport may be in the cooking section. This rather spoils the shopping experience. Hope it is all sorted out soon.
