Good for certain items, especially some organic produce. They had quite a poor vegan/plant based offering for lunch items like sandwiches, etc. But they've added one chickpea sandwich of late. Also, their free Weekender newspaper is great. Often gone though by Sunday in some stores.

I visited your store today and the customer service was impeccable. Ella knew the store like the back of her hand and helped me so much in finding my rice, chicken and sweet and sour sauce. Future manager right there.

Access to this store is more difficult in terms of distance from your vehicle than most supermarkets. Furthermore the number of Staff available on checkouts is abysmal and this is more predominant at busy times when people are shopping after work. There are four fast check out for people with smaller amounts of shopping, but there is really more than one member of staff on here which means the queues can get quite long especially if people are faffing around with lottery

This is just a lovely supermarket. There is good parking, with generous, wide, bays, always plenty of trolleys, and two large lifts to take you up to the sales floor. Inside, everything is sensibly laid out, and the range of foods is excellent. Prices are a little more expensive than the other major supermarkets, but I think the quality is superior in pretty much all departments. This is not the store to buy household goods, but for food, I really don't think they can be beaten. And of course, if you bring your refillable cup, you can get excellent free coffee.
