I am an existing Vodafone customer, Today l went into the Eastbourne Branch and was welcomed by the lovely Emma. I found this lovely lady charming and soooo helpful when deciding on what phone and contract was best for me, even when setting the phone and contract up she was pleasant ,polite and chatty, and she was a wealth of information, answering any questions l had. Overall this was a pleasant experience and l couldn?t thank her enough for her kind, professional and attentive manner.

Popped in today with a problem on my wife?s Samsung camera and ended up leaving with a brand new phone and only £40 spent.. Emma was very helpful and knowledgeable telling us about the latest deal meaning we could upgrade early and not pay the £540 left on the contract thanks to trading the old phone in and Samsung paying to buy a new one of their phones. Amazing service even though they were very busy she let us know she had acknowledged us and would be with us shortly!

I'd been with Vodafone for 20 years, my sim only deal was due so I went in and the cheapest option they could offer was £18 despite me asking several times. I decided to move to 3 who gave me more data for £11. I needed a PUK code to move over and I went back into Vodafone to get this and all of a sudden they can do a better deal than what they offered last time. I wasn't interested so had to call Vodafone, the lady on the phone was very helpful and was clearly annoyed that I'd had such a bad experience in the Eastbourne store.

A huge thank you and special mention to Sam at the Vodafone store in Eastbourne who went above and beyond recently to help me and my family out with a number of issues. Some were not the most straightforward but Sam was so patient, clear and helpful, and made sure to check in after our visit too to make sure everything went smoothly.
