Excellent attention to my order..
As a mature woman I knew what I wanted but wasnt sure..gave a description and the woman knew..i then returned to by click and collect light bulbs and a wood shredder..again excellent service and the heavier item was carried to my car without my even asking..we need more of this from other stores in this world

Completely poor service I waited for at least 10 minutes while 1 member of staff was dealing with a customer who had no idea what he was looking for! During this time I could hear 2 people in the back chatting away Daryl presses his buzzer then went out back I presume to ask another member of staff to serve me I can only guess they told him no this is completely unacceptable service so I?ve just gone to Screwfix to put in an order for a brand new set of power tools SCREWFIX served me immediately they have 4 staff on the tills and quite happily took my order for £1,389

The website is a joke try looking for something locally quickly, never hold any decent stock level. More aimed at DIY enthusiasts than trades. Used for me as a very last resort. Screwfix website is much easier to use.

Normally I go to Screwfix I tried todayService was poor the 2 lady was working they are not friendly at all , young girl she?s grumpy I ask a couple of costumer they said always like that , poor girl not suitable for that job , never go back there till she works there
