I spent 4 hours in the salon and felt really looked after from the moment I stepped in to the moment I walked out. I was checked on often, offered beverages and felt a millions dollars, and left with hair looking like it! Scarlett is phenomenal at her job and has extraordinary skills in creating a beautiful blonde look on my hair.

Worst of the Worst. Its several months since they messed my hair up and they have obstinately refused to even refund me. Ive actually found a professional hair stylist now who I had to explain to, the strange condition of my hair, totally due to this amateur and bored salon. The colourist was totally uninterested in my hair. Plonked on a colour, which she left for ages and never checked once, then told me things had not turned out right. Offered to do it again, but after I had reactions from my family about the pink and orange stripes shed left me with I was sure Id never let them get their unprofessional hands on my hair again. Theyve kept over a £100 of mine and did not even have the decency to refund me, after ruining my hair. There are thousands of bad reviews about this company so take care. Even if they massacre your hair, they are so mean, they will not refund you a penny!

This is the type of salon you wish you had but rarely find, and Scarlet is the hairdresser I?ve been wanting to find since moving to Eastbourne! The salon is so tidy and relaxing to be in. Scarlet is the perfect blend of ridiculously talented at both colour and cut, understanding what you want even though you?re not great at articulating it, and making you smile and being generally lovely to make you feel pampered and special. My hair hasn?t looked this good in years either, some mishaps during lockdown are now on the mend! Nipped in to book an appointment. Wasn?t even acknowledged. Wasn?t said hello to. Nothing. They saw me walk in, granted if you?re busy at least acknowledge me. I smiled. I waited a good minute. Nothing. Common courtesy goes a long way.

I have just tried to tie my hair up in its usual way and it seems like the shaping around my face is not even, so feel like I'll need to come in again to get that fixed up. The annoying part is I came in to get my hair done ahead of an interview. Now I'll have to figure out a different style as I won't be able to get back in before it.The extra salon features like the robe like covers and the massage chair are neat, though.Service: Blowdry
