Amazing GP service, reception staff are always very friendly and accommodating with appointments when I ring. The staff I?ve met are all lovely and have made me feel comfortable. Smooth process every time, highly recommend this GP!

Got through and got an appointment in 10 minutes at 8:30 on a Monday morning - so don't judge this practice by people whining about how long it takes to get through.Incidentally, I am struggling to get my head around the previous review. He complained about waiting but was happy to turn up late and expect other people to wait for him!This is a good practice with well trained, motivated staff.

It's a joke, I get the blood test results and there's something that needs to be discussed with the doctor, my allocated doctor is never there when I need him.The earliest they could offer me an appointment was 20 days yes 20 days!!! So my abnormal blood results are NOT important. Please do something about it after all we pay your salaries.

If I could give this place 0 stars I honestly would. I've been at this surgery for 20 years, always used to be friendly service and easy to get an appointment. Now you're lucky to get an appointment even if you do somehow get to speak to a receptionist. Recently had a doctors appointment booked for a specific time ended up sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes. Was asked to come back the following week for a blood test, I was 9 minutes late due to a car accident on the road, and they turned me away. Biggest joke of all was that the waiting room was basically empty. If you are new to the area, I seriously advise staying away from this doctors surgery.

It's ALWAYS a struggle to get an appointment here and I have never come across a nice receptionist, I had to report 2 before for bad service skills and talking about what my issue was over the phone one had repeated what I had said OUT LOUD to confirm it instead of just asking me to repeat it!The only reason I'm staying are some of the doctors are lovely and it's in a convenient location for me.And today I had tried to squeeze in my appointment and they hung up on me twice as they "couldn't hear" me but I had no trouble calling other people that morning.If your new and looking I do not recommend!!

A long waiting list but not their fault. The dermatologist who I saw did a fantastic job and was super friendly as well as explaining what he was doing. His assistant was very good as well. Nice to have a humane experience.

This surgery is the best that I have ever experienced. The reception team are friendly, professional and conscientious. The GPs that I have seen have all been very attentive and supportive in managing my chronic conditions, and I have confidence that I can get an appointment when I need it. It would certainly be a 5* review if the over-zealous appointment triage policy was reviewed. If someone reports a lump, for example, a telephone triage shouldn't be necessary as the assessment is exactly the same over the phone, just minus the physical examination.

I called this week in order to arrange to discuss with a doctor. They told me for that I have to call at 8:30am in the morning.I did that and I was cut off in the morning as there were "high volume phone calls".I explained to the receptionist what happened and she said it is nothing she can do. I asked her if I can book an appointment with a doctor and she said no. I asked her if I can discuss with a doctor and her answer was "there is no doctor at 11am in the morning, they are all gone".I am a doctor in the hospital and calling my GP and receiving that answer it really worries me.Eventually they told me it is nothing they can do, keep trying and "goodbye", without letting me to say anything else.

Completely useless, expect you to phone for an appointment at half 8 in the morning at which time you will be number 150 in the queue. Tried pointing out I don't have all day to phone for appointments but of course the receptionists couldn't care less about that. What do they do when somebody's seriously ill, ask them to wait all weekend and phone back Monday morning?

Having phone reception yesterday for blood tests results we were asked very kindly by the lady to call back today as the Dr hadn't commented on them . We phoned today to be told by a very abrupt male that they had only just come back , we told him about our conversation yesterday to which he said well the Dr hasn't read them yet so you need to call tmrw . Very abrupt and unprofessional
