Yes. This pharmacy is very helpful and even advised me that I shouldn't have to pay prescription charges due to my chronic conditions (which I wasn't otherwise advised about).
I usually get my medication delivered but since getting a new GP at the same time as a new company took over my prescription service they're useful for when I need my medication sooner.

I'm an housebound patient and an emergency prescription has been sent and I've been calling for 6 hours constantly to make sure prescription is ready for my carers to collect and not once was the phone answered in total 120 calls I have made absolutely horrendous

Bloody Shocking. Ordered medicine, they couldn't have cared less about fulfilling the order. It didn't arrive. As a consequence my Father's health got significantly worse and ended up in A&E!!!!

Service here really depends on what staff member you get, I have dealt with ladies who have been very friendly & helpful, however some can be extremely rude and inpatient, there is also an older man with a beard who always seems to be in a bad mood, his customer service is atrocious, and he seems to despise even looking at you!

Needed a prescription for antibiotics so this is where the OOH doctor sent it. their website says they are open till 10. Turned up to a notice saying they were closing at 6. It?s not helpful when services like this don?t stick to their advertised hours. Next time I?ll use boots.

Refused my prescription medication by this pharmacy, even though it was clearly Approved by my doctor, only to suffer the inconvenience and delay to have to return 24 hours later to sarcastic comments and collect it. Why refuse to issue something that a doctor has clearly Approved. Total waste of time, and I won't be using them again.

They seem to have stopped sending texts when prescriptions are ready and don?t bother to answer their phone. When you are stuck at home because of shielding this is an impossible situation!
