The staff are on some sort of power trip. Following around customers acting like they are thief?s and letting the scaly wags walk free.
I was followed around the store by two staff members and felt so uncomfortable. I work full time and probably make more than both of them, I have no intentions of stealing.
I was singled out and no other customers were followed.
I won?t be going back to this store unless I need a personal shopping experience.

My daughter and I went into super drug to get her ears pierced. The girl who did it was rainbow. What a lovely girl she was, couldn't do enough to make it easier for her. Credit to the company

Superdrug Home Delivery - 1st. class. I have ordered twice now, very easy to order on line to store or home. Free delivery to home address if you spend £20. Constant updates re ETA - well packaged. Thoroughly recommend to those of you unable to go to store, carry large ammount of items - let Superdrug take the strain and deliver to you!

Staff here are awesome, my purchase was a treat of Hugo boss and Versace Dreamer for men. Both half price for the sizes. Served by a very nice bloke called Kieran. Who was helpful and patient with me as l tend to ask loads of questions.Very pleased with the purchase and service.

I hate to leave negative reviews but the blonde girl who was working there on Friday afternoon (11/08) is one of the rudest staff members I have ever encountered in a shop! When being served by another girl, I noticed the price wasn't the same as it was on the label on shelf. She radioed to the blonde girl who went to check the price. Girl serving me reports back 'there's no label there' to which I said yeah there was! My mum was stood there and showed her. She angrily snatched the label and stormed back, spoke to me in an almost aggressive manner. Just for pointing out politely she had made a mistake?! Sorry, I know it might only be £2-3 difference in price to you, maybe Superdrug pay you higher wages than I get, but to me it makes a difference otherwise I'd have gone for the cheaper option. Staff need training on customer service or find a different job!
