Extremely happy with the service I received from Stone Carpets. They have done a brillant job from first meeting Joe, he was fantastic, informative and knew exactly what to do when we had to overcome a couple of problems and everything he said was spot on. Gavin and Paul were my fitters and they have done a fantastic job fitting my herringbone LVT flooring it looks amazing. I would ?% recommend Stone Carpets.

We were so glad we popped into Stones Carpets yesterday for a quote on our living room. The lady that helped us was full of smiles and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with helping us to choose the right carpet for us. The quote was amazing value for money and upon booking for a fitting, were kindly offered a cancellation by an equally cheery man. The carpet fitters came today, fitting our new carpet within an hour, and with plenty of explanation to potential issues we would face with our doors in the future. The carpet was laid perfectly and has brought our living room together! Couldn't fault the service through every aspect of buying our carpet, from ordering to fitting and would strongly recommend them to anyone in the future! We will be getting the rest of our flat carpetted via them too! 10/10!

Good, old school, service at its best. Listened to my needs. Respected my budget. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile and a sprinkle of banter. Price reasonable with lots of options. Can't praise highly enough. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

I had an awful experience at Stone Carpets from a most vile man with a Liverpool accent. He was so rude and nasty l walked out. We normally deal with a lovely chap called Justin there - who is a top knotch guy!But l will never return. Stone Carpets customers know about this chap. So do yoirself a favour and get rid! Put get your good sales people on the floor or you'll loose more loyal customers with that horrible oaf serving people. Trust me, as I am not the first either. An elderly couple outside had left aswell because of him!

After going to other local businesses and especially the so called best local family run flooring company which was so bloody expensive for exactly the same product and I don't mean a similar product it was the same make and company!!! Stone carpets was £18.99 m² compared to £24 at the other showroom ( you know the one next to magnet ???)Eric at stone carpets was excellentHad more selection of ranges at all budgetsI told what my budget was and the style I wantedAnd he pointed me in the right direction gave me a good choice of flooringThere was no high pressure sales just great information and honest opinions on what I wantedAnd the price was excellent it meant I could upgrade to a very high quality flooring optionAll in all I saved £459 ( I am not exaggerating) going with stone carpetsGreat service the fitters are excellentGreat pricesMany thanks ?????

I cannot fault these guys. From aiding me choose my carpet (of which I am extremely indecisive), arranging the quote and then fitting, it's literally been perfection. The two lads, Mike and Neil, who fitted the carpet were very pleasant chaps who also did an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier with the service I received!
