They take your money. Promise will be there the next day and then when you go to collect. "Will be tomorrow now".I double, treble checked what he meant by "noon tomorrow" when purchased. Shocking.

Bought door handles and half of them got broken after less than a year of normal use. Hideous design, why would you sell this at all?Now I have to pay the carpenter to change them and Screwfix refused to refund because it?s 2 weeks more that a year since I bought them. Despite I?ve been using them broken for several months now as was very busy.
