I would like to say a really big thankyou to tha customer service staff who go by the names Tracy and Nikji who went above and beyond their duties when I came to your store on the 26th march 2023. I had ,had my phone stolen on Brighton pier the day before and had been to Curry's to replace it. I needed a new PAYG sim card to last me till I got back home, they helped to set up the phone, register the sim and get me back online so I could keep in touch with my family, being 62 I'm new to this and I don't know what I would have done without them. Thankyou very much ladies you were my guardian angels that day, excellent service 10?????? Kind regards Mary ??

............... It's disappointing that the branch sacked the guy that used to do the trolleys. Apparently due to a customer complaint, rather sad considering how good he was at his job and how long he'd been there. What is also unfortunate is that, since his sacking, I often cannot get hold of a trolley near to the entrance to the store, and have to go searching. Please employ somebody to manage the trolleys to a standard that the previous guy managed. Btw, I've shopped at Sainsbury's for thirty years and notwithstanding the current issue, always found the service to be excellent.

They had told people waiting the night before that they would open the next morning so we didn't have to wait that evening. I had enough petrol to get home and back to sainsbury's the following day and then I would have been out of petrol.

Always get my fuel from there as it does not smell strong

Quite often used by people who are not in a hurry and have to wait for the right side of pump to become vacant

Fuel, plus a very limited assortment of candies, drinks, and impulse purchase enticements, all safely wrapped with the lure of fidelity points through Sainsbury's partner Nectar. This forecourt offers an air & water dispenser as well as vacuums. Prices at Sainsbury's in Eastbourne typically match competing petrol prices at the area Morrison's, Tesco. ASDA consistently attempt to be lower by discounting one or two tenths of a penny. If the public bite at such a marketing ploy remains to be seen.

Probably the cheapest fuel in the area, and Nectar points too! Friendly staff, nice clean shop, and you can pay at the pump or inside.
It can get very busy here, especially at weekends, and be aware that the entrance is on a bend and you have to turn in against oncoming traffic. It's a superstore car park, so many people are not really paying much attention to the 'rules of the road'- be careful when turning in!
There are not any public toilets actually in the service station itself, but there are some in the adjacent Sainsbury's supermarket.
