I was just replacing door and drawer fronts and work tops initially. I added a couple of extra cupboards along the way. Everything was made to measure. I was advised on various aspects of the job. It is very good quality and I would not hesitate to recommend Russ Deacon.

We went to Russ Deacon for a kitchen refurb as they'd previously designed and installed a fitted wardrobe for our awkwardly shaped bedroom. Their customer care then was excellent and so it was this time. Russ patiently took us through what we wanted, came out to look at the kitchen, asked how we used it all, and then came up with a couple of designs. He carefully took us through these and adapted them to our requests. We trusted him to strip and refit the new kitchen whilst on holiday and our trust was rewarded. He kept us up to date with progress photos and when we returned it was 'WOW!'. The after care was exceptional too as we moved from total gas to total electric with so many questions. I would highly recommend Russ Deacon for their care, their attention to detail and the quality of their work.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

Excellent service. From design to implementation it was a joy. So many ideas, solutions and fixes. This was a full bathroom and toilet rip out, plus replacement of CH boiler and relocation in totally new position. Every change we made was met with a "no problem" attitude. The guys who carried out the majority of the work were punctual, informative, helpful.....you name it. Use this company. You will not regret it.

My lovely new kitchen has just been finished and it looks just like I imagined. Russ and Anne saw my vision straight away and guided me through the whole process. A complete new kitchen is a huge investment and It was so reassuring to be able to chat through every part of the process and any concernes I had along the way. The instalation and finish is supurb. I would happily reccommend them.

A big decision to spend money on a forever kitchen started at Russ&Anne Deacons family run business..with a professional chat about our likes&dislikes, style&colour, the planning started, Russ came& measured up then drew up several plans to stew over, we eventually chose our dream kitchen with the style colour and flooring we liked with advise from the professionals of course, a very professional approach from knocking out our 25plus year old kitchen to installing an amazing schuller kitchen with all modern neff appliances to finishing off with a lovely karndean flooring, we now have our lovely modern and amazing forever kitchen to love for the next 25 years hopefully...an amazing job guys thank you so much ??

We recently used Russ Deacon Home Improvements to install Karndean flooring in our porch, hall and downstairs bathroom. Anne and Russ were very helpful when we were choosing the floor and it was especially useful to have a plank sized sample and to see similar floors in the showroom.Luke did the installation and he was very methodical and precise in the preparation and laying of the floor as well as being clean and tidy. He was very pleasant to have in our home.The project took longer than anticipated but we appreciated the thorough job.I would highly recommend this family run company.

Could not be any happier about having chosen Russ Deacon to transform what was a shabby and dated eight door fitted wardrobe and what an amazing transformation it is! The unit now has a sleek, contemporary, pared back style with doors that simply push to open. The workmanship is stunning and faultless and the room was left clean and tidy. Just replacing the kitchen doors and drawers and changing the position of the fridge freezer plus new trim and lighting has given us a fantastic new kitchen! Russ seemed to completely understand what we wanted, and even put in a "library" shelf for cookbooks and a small desk for writing lists etc. amazingly all done in three days. Very tidy work and close attention to detail. Would highly recommend this friendly family business!

The two lads who installed the cabinets, were polite, had good time keeping and very professional in all aspects. If they found a problem they asked my opinion or spoke to Russ first and then came to me and carried through with my request. Good job well done.
