I have used this vendor many times. I ordered tonight through Just Eat. Called the restaurant to explain that they would need to call me when it was delivered...It arrived before expected...Missed the call, called back immediately. The operative told me he had left it on the doorstep...He had left it on the wrong doorstep, luckily I saw it, got it, it was stone cold. Was going to call The Grill to complain....Only past experience has shown this is a pointless exercise...Like they give a shit!!.

The last few times we have ordered the food has been cold and the kebab swimming in grease also being delivered within 10 - 15 minutes of ordering! Service is normally very good and polite just the shame about the food. Used to be number one to go to.

Went for a simple chicken and chips. They managed to overcook the whole thing no seasonings not even salted fries. No clue what?s going on, such a shame.

Gutted. Went in to order, change my mind before they dished up, they were lovely about it. Looked good, I took it home (I live 3 minutes round the corner) I ordered kids kebab and chips, meat was stone cold and chips luke warm. I must of got the leftovers from delivery orders. Such a shame as I haven't got from there I'm ages due too simular issues but unfortunately won't be going there again now

This food I had eaten last night has given me the worst stomach today. Non stop on the toilet and feeling like I could throw up. I only ate donner meat and chips. I do not recommend this food !!! Have to give 1 star but I would of given -5

Ordered on 16/07/2024 .. for a 6:15pm delivery . Food arrived but they were missing one meal .. it was for a birthday . When I called no apology , also said they would be 15 minutes with the missing food - we are still waiting 30 minutes later for one meal . Food was cold & soggy . Will go else where next time .
