COMMUNICATION LEVL IS GOOD AND YOU ARE AHEAD REGARDING CHANGES IN LAW, ETC. AND YOU DO NOT PRETEND TO BE A CORPORATE COMPANY, WHICH MAKES YOUR FIRM VERY APPROACHABLE, ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR INEXPERIENCED LANDLORDS.

Property rentals has managed my properties for over 15 years. I have always been very pleased with the service I have received. In particular, my tenants have been chosen and vetted very well reducing the issues I have had with tenants. All necessary paperwork and reports are obtained and maintained for me which is a weight off my mind these days. The company is a small family run business, I know everyone by name, have a friendly working relationship with them all and know that regardless of who I talk to, messages will be passed to the correct person.

No problem is too big or too small, there is a team of dedicated staff and contractors to resolve any reported problems by the tenant. This allows the landlord to go about their business and be contacted for any problems that require further solutions or inspection.
