Everything good as expected but it was very difficult to change the channel on the tv in room 4. Asked the receptionist if he could change the batteries in the remote and he said it was normal and batteries were fine. Also the pub opposite (the Mill) was sadly not to my taste. Dreadful in fact.

Clean room, very comfy bed and pillows, ample on site parking. Lovely helpful staff. Special mention goes to Claire on reception. I was staying in Eastbourne to visit my father who was very ill and subsequently died. Claire on that morning was so kind to me. She even bought me flowers. It was so appreciated. Thank you

Usual good standard from premier inn, clean room and a comfortable bed. They even had a fan in the room as there was no A/C.Had breakfast in the Hungry Horse attached to the property would not recommend unless your happy with continental style. The cooked breakfast is not buffet style it has to be ordered. Personally thought it was sub standard. Would stay again.

The Assistance room was very good, plenty of space, clean and comfortable. A wet room would be easier for disabled people. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Only 2 Disabled parking spaces, not enough, one was taken by a Works Van, not acceptable.

The room temperature was unbearable and ruined our stay. The temperature was 26 degrees in the room when it was nowhere near that outside and there was no way to cool the room down, only a heater, and the windows only opened a small amount meaning we sweltered, had no sleep and our 1 year old cried all night because she was so hot and uncomfortable. As a result I will not be booking to stay here again.

The rooms were absolutely boiling with no air conditioning which made it hot and unpleasant on the hottest day of the year. A staff member left their pager in the room which went off at 6am waking us up the morning after our wedding which we weren?t impressed about! As a result had hardly any sleep at all. The restaurant wasn?t nice and the food looked horrible so we went elsewhere for breakfast. Wish we?d stayed at the other local premier inn!

We booked a wheelchair accessible room where unfortunately the room facilities favour an ambulant users but for more permanently confined users it was archaic. The bed was too low and we did ask if an mattress on top could be arranged but they said they do not have spares. The bathroom sliding door jammed with 6 inch to spare, a good push was required each time. The shower was not accessible and the sink was a far reach with no shower hose. It was a very poorly designed layout. Generally the hotel looked very tired, 30 or 40 years old and it needs a lot of work doing to it to bring it up to date. The WIFI and TV were terrible, fairly pointless at times and the high prices of the room does not reflect the poor quality at all. Very poor and let down, we'll be avoiding Premier Inns from now on.

I have stayed in many Premier Inns but this has to be the most unpleasant of all. Upon arrival I was told that no ?meal-deals? are available because the Hungry Horse across the car park deals with the food requirements and that I needed to sort out breakfast with them as they cater in time slots. Not true; the Hungry Horse sent me back to the Premier reception where I had to explain the actual arrangement to the receptionist. Evening meal only available with direct booking at the Hungry Horse - more about that later. Wi-fi is always notoriously bad at Premiers but here it was non existent. The receptionist gave me a number and sent me away to phone Virgin who declined to answer after 35 minutes - never did get a wi-fi connection. The room was awful with wires hanging down from the tv, mould spots in the bathroom, peeling paint and a light switch hanging away from its box. The evening meal was ok once we got it (45 minute wait after being told is was 20 minutes) but the breakfast couldn?t even claim to be ok. No orange juice, no croissant, no fruit, no brown bread, we were served somebody else's breakfast and the buffet was cleared at 09:15. Furthermore, the single waitress was clearly unwell with frequent resort to tissues an no hand washing in between uses. I hope this grim place is not indicative of a general drop in standards at Premiers. One more chance somewhere else perhaps, where a repeat performance will ensure that Premier Inns are on my no thank you list

Hotel is located in an industrial zone close to busy and noisy roads. Although the accommodation is as expected for this chain of establishments the associated eating facility (the Hungry Horse) that is detached from the hotel building is in poor and taty condition and our experience was that the food was all but inedible resulting in us obtaining a full refund. All in all our advice is to stay elsewhere.

Really good little shop, has everything but went there at about 10:20pm to buy another vape and it was closed, when the closing time says until 11pm during the week.

My sister & I come to this lovely, friendly hotel on a yearly basis to celebrate her birthday, the staff are really lovely, Julia in particular was so helpful, nothing was to much & she made our trip even better. The room & breakfast was top notch as usual we are already looking forward to our stay next year! Well done Premier Inn Eastbourne ?
