I have used this post office regularly for years and all of the staff are friendly and helpful, but one member of staff. She always works on counter number 3, with short blonde hair and is slightly large. She never talks or smiles. The only time she will talk is if you ask her something. I hate going to her counter as I find her very rude and feel she lets the post office down.

Rude staff who do not deserve to be in employment. 2 members of staff chatting together as I stood waiting and waiting. The member of staff behind the counter then told me ?I?m not ready yet? as she turned away to break down cardboard boxes!!!

Very helpful and did my sons passport renewal straight away thankyou. Unlike the bexhill branch who wouldn't do it because they are not trained. Very pleased with this post office so thanks to them I got it sorted .

Rude and unhelpful staff. I always try to avoid this post office when I can. Every other post office I?ve been to have been helpful and friendly, this one on the other hand is the complete opposite.

Someone who dabbles in common sense might think that, on a weekend, eleven days before Christmas, the three members of staff might open more than one counter. However, I queued for half an hour while the single open counter dealt with the seven people in front of me. Finally at the front of the queue, I was met with a blank, barely sentient, stare until I explained my interest in perhaps posting the parcels I'd placed on the counter.

Went to get, road tax yesterday and the ladies at the counter where very nice and very helpful. I can't belive after reading the negative reviews I had to post this as my experience there was outstanding.

THE WORST POST OFFICE ever! Today, I came back home with 10 unshipped small parcels as they DIDN'T HAVE THE SPACE TO STORE THEM. At the post office they didn't have enough room????? AVOID!!! There's always a problem there.
