Looking at all the bad reviews I must have visited on a good day, just after lunch, although a bit of a queue I wasn't waiting long. Lady with long blonde hair was very smiley and the young indian lady who served me was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will re review if my amazon return gets lost...

Needs more staff. Every time I visit in a lunch break the queue is ridiculous and no one to help with the self serve rolls which are too complicated for some to use.

Horrible experience, left in tears as the blonde lady working at the post was extremely rude. From the moment I handed my ID she was projecting anger towards me for no reason. She carried on rolling her eyes and being frustrated with me because I couldn?t let her know what colour my parcel package was, asked why she was being rude and then she started backtracking. Very upset and embarrassed, she made me feel so small in front of everyone in the queue.

I've lost count of the number of times I went there and got turned back because they didn't have clear instructions on what I had to have ready. That combined with very long waiting times due to not having enough staff and not being disability friendly- having to stand for so long - has left me leaving in tears, in pain and with my time wasted. I would give a lower rating if I could, this place is horrendous for customers

24hour Parcel due to be collected from this branch a week ago, I arrive to see a huge queue, waited patiently, then get told "oh sorry its stuck at gatwick", obviously not satisfied with that response I questioned why its taken a week for a tracked 24 parcel ? , with that another staff member heckles " well thats just a guideline at mo anyway".... REALLY ?! funny how you havent mentioned to ANY of the people in queue sending xmas gifts that its "JUST A GUIDELINE AT MO" .. no.. youre happy to take customers money for a service you are probably not going to provide... then look stupid when someone challenges it... post office and royal mail should really get back together... both as useless as each other !

Long queues due to being short staffed. Even though there are 5 counters available there are usually only 2, sometimes 1 person serving. I usually end up waiting 30 minutes on average.The young guys serving are very nice and helpful but other members of staff can be really rude/grumpy at times.Also need to start updating opening times online as it makes for an unecessary trip at times. Don't say it's open when its not!

Waiting for ages. Only one person serving, very chatty with other customers, serving them for 15 min +, then asking me to step aside as code on my phone was not loading. Very rude to me, as if long que was my fault.

Went in today. Short queue Got served very quickly. The young guy that served me was polite friendly and very knowledgeable. Quick too. Very good at his job and seems to be enjoying it. Well appreciated.

Came here as a student to pick up my BRP (biometric residence permit) but was faced with a confused and irritated woman behind the counter. It seemed like she had never heard of BRPs being distributed through this post office. I was confused as well, making for an awkward situation.
