Service here is absolutely awful, they brought other peoples food over to a table and I ordered a side waited so long I ate all my food and then cancelled it because they?re was no point waiting any longer. Cleanliness is a bit of a issue aswell, thanks was filthy when we arrived

Had a great new year's eve pizza. Service was spot on. Caring and attentive whilst not intrusive. Pizzas were lovely (we got one each and then shared) very tasty with a nice thin base... Somewhere to visit again.

We had another lovely experience there me and my partner the staff so friendly and helpful.
I ordered one pizza for starter which was BBQ chicken and for it i am giving four stars review because hardly any chicken or cheese however on the main course i had Italian meat balls pizza and it was delicious so thank you for a lovely afternoon.

We've eaten in many Pizza Express before but it was our first time in Eastbourne.
Lovely atmosphere & adult pizza's. However, we were let down by the children's pizzas being delivered to the wrong table, to be sat there a while, for then the pizza's to be redelivered to ours..with not a word said. When questioned, it was expressed that "they hadn't been touched & we could have fresh ones if we wanted?" Astonished, we asked for fresh ones.
Mistakes happen but please don't try to serve food that has already been set down in front of other costumers. The situation felt awkward enough as it was.
We were unsure who the manager was, as we had 4 employees come to our table during our time at Pizza Express. However, we had an apology from one employee & the children's pizzas were replaced, so the issue was resolved.
As a side note, lots of food handling was noted e.g. the addition of fresh herbs, touching of food before it's served etc but some employees nail lengths are in need of a review.
Understandably, it's a busy time of the year & the mistake was correctly swiftly. Ultimately, it wouldn't put us off visiting PE again, as our children like it but we'll be more vigilant with the service.

Whilst regular visitors to Pizza Express in and around London, this was our first visit to the restaurant in Eastbourne, as we were staying in a local hotel for a few days. The high level of food and service was consistent with other Pizza Express restaurants. The team here were especially nice. Thank you to all concerned.

Pizza Express Eastbourne is really great. We've always had great service from the team no matter the occasion. Brandon the manager always greets us with such a friendly welcome and always goes above and beyond and is a credit to Pizza Express.

It?s was a great experience, the service was quick even though they were fully booked, the manager Brandon was really friendly and patient too. I would highly recommend.
