Used to like clothes here, until shop Manager brandishing proudly an elephant hair bracelet she had been given! Plus, staff very assuming & look at what you are wearing when you walk in, making you feel un easy when you are in there spending over £200!Some of their staff obviously have no moral standing.I definitely won't be spending BIG bucks in here anymore!

My wife had ordered a outfit fir daughters wedding online from Phase Eight. We were in Eastbourne so tried the store. They had the dress part and fascinator in stock . Staff knowing she gad ordered online were extremely helpful. After we left an email arrived stating fascinator out of stock . We simply returned to the store and brought a stock one of the same item there from an again extremely helpful friendly knowledgeable assistant.
