Fantastic trim for Shih Tzu. Going again this week. Little man been again today for a good haircut. He gets on easily with the groomer and is well behaved for her. No stress when he goes there.

All animals are kept in enclosures that are way too small.
Reptiles were kept on reptile carpet which as many reptile owners will know is INCREDIBLY dangerous. The carpet harbours bacteria and can rip out the animals claws.
The reptiles also seemed to have quite bad stuck shed which us easily resolved by a soak. They also looked very lethargic/sometimes even ill.
The hamsters and small furry animals had no way of acting out natural behaviours (digging, burrowing, popcorning etc).
I saw many dead fish in the tanks and the tanks overall were way too small for the amount of fish inside.
Lots of the small animal product we're unsafe and should not be sold for animal use.
Overall I'm appaled at how pets at home are able to keep selling live animals.
After a look on the council animal registry, I've found that they only have a 3 star review from the eastbourne Council!
I'd never buy an animal from here and would rather spend my money in a local reptile shop for reptile supplies and a rescue for small furry animals.

Bought a hamster and a cage etc on wed 18th dec and dealt with Craig he was so helpful and knowledgeable and such a friendly chap it was a lovely experience and my grandson was very happy

Absolutely rubbish service.
Been in today around 5pm (9/10/24) and wanted to get some fish,
The only member of staff I could find was talking to his friends.
After waiting by the fish tanks for a member of staff and then walking around the shop looking for staff, I gave up and interrupted the guys convo with is friends.
Then he told me he'll be over in 2 minutes and carried on his conversation with his friends.
There were people waiting for him in front of us in the queue and yet we were waiting minutes for this a member of staff to have a catch-up with his mates.
Rubbish service and will go to a different shop in the future.

They r abserlute bolocks there rude and only care about the money instead of the health and care of an animal they r rude and obnoxious if I could give them a lower star I would. I don't recommend them at all there vets r useless and don't help anyone in need
