Awful vets! 5 years of ongoing illness with my cat the two vets that have dealt with her wasn't really interested time after time getting told the cat had anixity and kept giving me anti sickness tablets also Im not a vet but I mentioned that she had a funny tooth they said it was normal! I took her to ÿanother vets in Eastbourne within 2 months they have now found what was making my cat sick, also found a cancer that is now being treated,Also that tooth that was NORMAL, after an x ray was done we found the tooth was growing the wrong way and needed to be removed,unfortunately the vets are all junior vets that don't really know to much about veterinary, If you want your animal to have a good life and get sorted quickly I recommend highly to stay well clear of pets at home! Actually disgusted how bad they are,

Lovely staff , but took my litte dog today to get groomed instructed to have it trimmed, hygiene etc etc after 2 hours got my dog didn't smell just had a bath still got black sleet in her eyes (very hard), private part not been done trimmed don't look like been trimmed not a happy fur.mommy. so took it back only refunded half of the price. The girl did gave her a little quick hygine ( which is appreciated) but still don't look well where I go look perfectly nice round bum. So for that can't recommend it and not go back again.

This store needs some work. This is the third Pets at Home location we've lived near and by far the most in need of a revamp. The shop floor looks cold and uninviting, and the Groom Room just looks sad.However, the staff are lovely and the selection is good.Edited to add: why on earth are you still selling rawhide?! That's disappointing.

Staff spend too long asking people if they have a loyalty card,do you want one etc.Meanwhile the queues are building up as there are only one or two tills open.Not much fun if you are standing with a large sack of pet food or cat litter.
