Totally let down by Maidstone Parker Building Supplies after spending a fortune with them on this job. placed an order which they accepted for tomorrow as lorry was not big enough today. When I went down to pay for the delivery they had forgot to book the slot. I was assured this would be resolved instead they rang the customer last thing to say it couldnt be done. They have been paid and now i can't finish job on time. So disappointed customers, not my usual standard so please beware of trusting them ever. Awful communication

Shocking service, delivery driver rude, even made negative remarks regarding my new driveway, he was argumentative when I responded to him, sent email of complaint and never had a reply or acknowledgment from company, not acceptable service, won?t be using them every again . Doesn?t even deserve a one star!!
