I approached Oakfield as a landlord looking for a more personal service from an agent for my tenant and myself. They were great from my very first phone call. They gave me a clear list of what they needed from me, and set out the service they would provide in return. All communication has been prompt, clear and friendly. James Parris has been the lead agent, and has kept me up to date regularly (even messaging me from his holiday which I thought was above and beyond!) and he is supported by a great team that have been working to complete my onboarding quickly and efficiently. They have also been very thoughtful about my existing tenant to ensure that she is also looked after through this process which I was very keen to ensure. Thank you James and Oakfield, I am very confident in my choice to move to you.
