Both myself have only ever dealt with Sam from the o2 shop in Eastbourne so can only talk for him personally but he truly is 5 stars. Both myself and my mother came to the shop with matters that required more than the average attention and not only was Sam helpful, he was so with a smile on his face and a spring in his step which truly made the time spent in the shop feel like no time at all. Sam went above and beyond the last time he helped us with a (non straightforward) upgrade and has every time he has helped us. Cannot recommend this branch enough, especially if youre lucky enough to deal with Sam.

The most unhelpful 02 shop. The man handling the reception Andy refused point blank to call someone to help me install an e-sim for my foreign travel despite the fact that 2 customer services agents were just sitting playing with their phones as there were no customers in the shop. They also refused to help saying that they were not allowed to help me install my e-sim as it wasn?t an 02 e-sim despite the fact that 3 months prior someone from the same shop kindly helped me install an-sim for my travel to Vietnam. The most unhelpful customer services team I?ve ever dealt with. ?

They don't answer the phone and don't have an email address or an other way to make contact. So to ask a question you have to trek to the shop.

Dreadful service. I've been hacked into my O2 account and was advised by O2 customer service team to go down to the store and ask for a new sim card. The staff member said he couldn't give me one because he couldn't access my account and when I asked if he could speak with the customer service team, he said he couldn't do this. When I spoke to the customer service team again they said this wasn't true and that he could have rung them to confirm what they informed me. I wanted to speak with a manager to complain but no one seems to bother answering their telephone. Avoid this store, the staff do not care.

If I could give 0 I would. Total bunch of liars. Bought a new phone and tablet as an upgrade to my existing contract on 21st August total monthly bill for everything £57 even showed me them applying 20% discount to the phone monthly tariff. Bills come in £69 phone O2 to be told there is nothing anywhere about 20% tariff discount. Absolute disgrace, luckily the girl at O2 customer service was helpful enough to credit the value of 20% discount for 1 year to my account. Don't believe their figures or their claim to be "not on commission" as obviously they are why else would you lie to rip people off.....

Had an issue with a Google Pixel breaking, Google totaly let me down in every way (have never got.my phone back from warranty repair) Had to take action and advised to take it against O2 as the retailer. The manager was very helpful and helped me contact and make a complaint to O2.

We were assured that my monthly data allowance would be doubled free of charge. When it wasn?t, we contacted customer service who said that this hadn?t even been registered! Customer service then offered a deal, far better than we received in the shop. This is totally incompetent staffing and needs to be addressed immediately.

Walked into the store with the intention of upgrading early today, after walking in and not being greeted by the three members of staff at the door I decided they were busy and to have a look around the store at the devices before I decide which one I wanted. 10 minutes of looking and waiting 5 of the 6 members of staff were talking amongst themselves while the other one served a customer. Since being in the store I have now decided not to bother upgrading early and to just change providers when the time comes. I?ve given 2 stars as the store looked nice and there were plenty of staff shame they were useless.
