An amazing visit this week, haven't been in for a while. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Came in for an Xmas present for my daughter, got advised on what was best suited at a reasonable price and set me up with a family plan. Even updated my data plan on current plan. All very quick and very professional.

Yesterday visited O2 with huge expectations to take the S23 Ultra. While doing the credit check the female who handled us informed me my card had been declined. She tried only once and she was like it's declined so you can leave now?. Then we visited Vodafone and purchased the same with my same card and the customer handling was really awesome and appreciatable.

We visited the store this evening and wanted to subscribe to the Internet. The employee was very condescending and refused to give it to us under the pretext that we would not understand the terms and conditions, and there was no such thing, but it was due to our lack of proficiency in the English language!!

Had a very pleasant experience in my local o2 shop in Eastbourne ,done the switch up o2 which means upgrading straight away , ended up walking away with a better handset a non generic tablet and a watch ,with a cheaper monthly bill, all thanks to David who was in training and was also very helpful , brilliant job
