I had visited NatWest branch on March 15 2024 requested action for a fixed term savings account as I would be out of the country when it ended. I even wrote down in a price of paper for the staff member who served me and also another member of staff a female was present. So I have just logged in from abroad today only to find my instructions were not followed. I?m disgusted at this lack of customer service and this action has caused issues and I shall demand to see the bank manager on my return later this month to make a formal complaint and redress for the banks failure to follow my instructions

Utterly disappointed by the way an extremely important matter (to us), a case of thousands of pounds inexplicably going missing and apparently untraceable from my son?s account, was not followed up by the bank manager, despite seemingly earnest assurances that she would get back to us at a certain time. Very poor show, leaving us uncertain and in the dark. Not what one would expect from an ostensibly trustworthy bank.

I bank with NatWest but I have to say this particular branch is very slow , last time I visited I actually walked out because I was waiting to long & I'd gone there to sort out the same problem I had today 22/4/23 which wasn't even that complicated just a simple e mail issue . After nearly 45 mins waiting I was then told to call the rewards team on a separate number ? honestly why they like many other banks have decided to close so many local branches is beyond me, my branch in peacehaven when it was open was absolutely fantastic not a single issue ever , so much for cutting back & technology not all its cracked up to be ??

Poor service several times this year. I do not like the queing system in place. Had to wait over an hour twice to ask a simple question which was not available on the website. Staff do not seem very experienced and professional. Wrote a letter of complaint to the manager but have not received a reply. This is not the NatWest Bank it used to be.
