I bank with NatWest but I have to say this particular branch is very slow , last time I visited I actually walked out because I was waiting to long & I'd gone there to sort out the same problem I had today 22/4/23 which wasn't even that complicated just a simple e mail issue . After nearly 45 mins waiting I was then told to call the rewards team on a separate number ? honestly why they like many other banks have decided to close so many local branches is beyond me, my branch in peacehaven when it was open was absolutely fantastic not a single issue ever , so much for cutting back & technology not all its cracked up to be ??

Poor service several times this year. I do not like the queing system in place. Had to wait over an hour twice to ask a simple question which was not available on the website. Staff do not seem very experienced and professional. Wrote a letter of complaint to the manager but have not received a reply. This is not the NatWest Bank it used to be.

Just qued up in Natwest bank in Eastbourne.Was told I had to wait 15 mins, to draw out 4x £10 notes and 10x £1 ,coins.Waited 22 mins, then had to leave.I have banked with Natwest for nearly 50 years.Well the service in that time has gone right down hill, I have quite a bit of money tied up in various accounts, so now I will have to arrange to close all accounts and investments.And go to elsewhere,

Absolutely disgusting customer service!Someone at that branch has either destoyed my wallet that was handed in????Or a branch member has taken my wallet and stolen my identity????Maybe NatWest Eastbourne could answer this simple question???Please consider other options when choosing to Bank with @natwest. The most unhelpful and unprofessional bankers I have encountered

I hope the employee walking the queues today gets recognition for his knowledge, attentiveness and hard work. I believe his name was Justin. He saved a few of the customers time by giving information on alternative ways to complete the request. The queue was right around the corner and he printed a form for me and brought it out quickly; thus saving me from disappointment and a long wait.
