The staff is not good at all and we repeated our order three times and boy on the till called the manager and then once my order was done i saw they giggle around for what happened which is unprofessional behaviour in restaurant industry :(

Sadly we couldn?t eat at this Nandos, because the lady at the counter with the face tattoo, clearly wasn?t into letting us eat there. First she told us to leave due to capacity issues and come back 30min later. After the 25min we came back. To our surprise we were told, that we had to wait another 30min. I simply asked, if we could at least wait, sitting at tables, since half the seats were free. The same lady with the face tattoo made clear that I can?t speak to her like that. Hearing that I left. Still I don?t know what I did wrong because a simple no would?ve been enough. It became especially awkward after a large group of 7 teenagers was let in.

I wouldn?t recommend this to anyone who loves nandos as much as I do because this nandos has to be the worst one i?ve ever been to. The food wasn?t cooked properly especially the chicken, wasn?t grilled like it should have been and the garlic bread was cold and soft. The sweetcorn wasn?t properly grilled as well, looked like as if they just put it in the microwave. My dad asked a colleague to grill the sweetcorn again and it was exactly the same how it was before. Not to mention the restaurant was so cold that we had to sit in our jackets, it?s nothing like that in nandos you get in London. Honestly this is shocking and we left there completely unsatisfied, that was definitely my last time at eastbourne nandos.

This restaurant makes it hard to use the Nando's App due to network and wifi connectivity issues on phones. It's a quick and simple app but payments via card sometimes dont go through due lack of connectivity from inside the restaurant...wastes a lot of time.
Good customer service however the chicken is not as well cooked as in other restaurants. The outside of the chicken is not crispy, it has no smokey taste and the inside is sometimes not well done enough.

Staff always seem helpful and friendly. The place is always clean and busy! Food tastes good as always. Been here a few times with my children and always left with clean plates.

Arrived at around 7pm on a Saturday, was very busy but the man at the front desk was very polite and said we have a 15 minute wait which we were happy to do, at near enough exactly 15 minutes we were taken to our table which was great! the staff were very nice and polite. Unfortunately towards the end of our meal one staff member came up to our table interrupting our conversation touching our plates asking if we were finished whilst in the middle of eating. She then quickly walked away. Two minutes later she done the exact same thing again, this made us feel really rushed when the place was nearly empty around 8:15pm, we left shortly after this leaving the rest of our food and drink. Not a nice way to end a birthday meal. Disappointing one staff member letting the rest of the team down.

I have nothing much to say about the food. It is good. But the way we were handled was beyond what we expected. All staff who attended to us were friendly and respectful. We (four Indians) thought we would not be taken seriously, but we were all happy and felt comfortable during those hours on the premises. We are from London. If we get a chance to go to Eastbourne, we will surely stop at Nando's for a meal.
