9 times out of ten, our order is wrong. My son does a delivery usually, and the service is awful. The drivers don't care if the order is wrong and usually is. Or something missing. And you try getting it sorted online. Useless.

I drove here today with a friend, at 12am to get some late night food, as a 24 hour service i dont expect there to be a cone in the drive thru, we were waiting in the car park for roughly 15-20 minutes with several other people in the car park aswell, we have seen staff walk around the store and also not acknowledge the fact that there are several customers wanting reasons to why the drive thru is not open, we also tried to ask a manager why the store was not open but she didnt acknlowledge us and just hopped in her taxi, aswell as other staff that were outside smoking on their breaks- they also did not say anything. we tried again 3 hours later, and there is still a cone in the lane, everytime i have come here there has always been something missing from my order, and staff also lack any energy and sound grumpy all the time through the drive thru, 2 days ago when we came through the drive thru we recieved our food, we didnt recieve the receipt or the katsu wrap and also the double cheeseburger had a really wet bun which is really weird so that went in the bin oh yes almost everytime the fries are really stale and taste like salty wood, 10/10 service bosh.

Do the staff that deal with the takeaway orders know how to read?
The orders are always either missing something or the food is bland tonight's delight was coated in ketchup,no bacon when bacon was ordered, they never put straws or serviettes in the bags! Also the chocolate milkshake leaves a lot to be desired!

Popped in for a burger service was terrible. I thought it was meant to be fast food, had to wait about half an hour, and burger was not worth the wait. Seem to concentrate on the drive though orders
