Every time Iike to shopping at M & S but today I was going to shopping at M&S. When I am entering to the shop in front of entrance near of these I put one plastic bag and there was a pumpkin inside. When I finished my shopping and coming back my bag was not there. I informed the security he said may be someone took it you should tell me before. I can?t do anything now.
If I go another shop like Asda, Tesco, Iceland similar if I have any extra bag I put it on near entrance but it never happened like someone took it. In UK life it was the first experience in M&S store what I was not expected. It disappoint me a lot.

The store is amazing clean. But a very strange layout. You enter from the main road you cannot tell . It had food hall . But very well stocked. You go the first floor for the mens department. No suits for sale. Why? Very limited choice. They have the space. It does not have appeal of a big store although it is. Where's the men's sale clothes. None. Then I find a few on the ground . Oh dear.

I wasn't sure where to leave this, but I just wanted to say that the staff here were incredible today-- my nan had a fall in the shop, and everybody was so kind and helpful. A worker called Nigel in particular was very, very sweet + friendly, providing us towels + blankets, helping look out for the ambulance, carrying their things, etc! My nan loves this shop + is alwaaaays in it, so thank you again for being such a good store + helping her today :) x
(The only thing I'd like to add, however, is that when I went to the toilet upstairs, after I came back out I noticed a man in a wheelchair waiting in the middle connecting room, and when I asked if he was okay, he said that there was no access button to get back out! Which seemed extra strange, as it was where the accesible toilet also was! Not sure if this is just a temporary problem or an accidental oversight, but I thought it best to mention it, as I can imagine a lot of people getting stuck there! Thank you again x)

My sister keeps telling me i should buy some shares in M&S as i spend a lot of time and money in store? i cannot help myself, the staff are so nice and the clothing section is lovely, i tried something new in the bakery it is called truffle pastry?i am in love, thanks to who ever invented it, please keep it up, the only 1 disappointment was a lack of trollys?

I went to m and S for a change as not been for a while. Well I was so disappointed. It was nice and quiet for a change so made it strange out even more. A customer ask a member of staff for some assistance!!! The answer they got was a shock. When I shop at Sainsbury's the staff are so friendly and helpful but omg she was so rude. She turned round and went "yes" abruptly and took the customer back. Why are the staff so stuck up and rude. Takes seconds to be nice regardless of your mood.

Good customer service in store, but the cafe really lets the brand down. When we visited in April 24 we found very poor customer service, but a worrying lack of attention to hygiene was the most concerning. When I kindly pointed out that the cutlery was filthy with leftover food on knoves and forks and sugar, milk and coffee stuck to every teaspoon. The servers could not have been less interested. I asked for a jug of boiling water to clean my own cutlery before eating or drinking. They supplied this, but really, they should have removed all cutlery for further cleaning with a proper apology. I spent several years in hospitality and for this behaviour I would have put all cafe staff on a disciplinary. If the cutlery was filthy, what other hygiene gaffs would be hidden behind the scenes?? A conveyor style commercial dishwasher needs careful loading and inspection at the end of the cycle, clearly this isn't done correctly. I felt nauseous about the filth to the extent that we won't eat or drink here again. I regret not taking photos. Shame on M&S

Went into Eastbourne store today for a bra fitting. Met a lovely lady who was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease throughout. She was telling me today marks 40 years she has worked in Eastbourne store, what an asset she is!
