Went into the the bank this morning with my daughter to get her set up with online banking my daughter has autism and learning difficulties and it took quite a while. The lady in the bank zara was absolutely amazing with her helped her with all of it. A credit to the company

Lovely people but all I?m asking for is some help with my personal account and no one will!!
I?ve thoroughly explained myself / the situation many times
I?ve also been requesting a refund / dispute aswell and haven?t had anything it?s a nightmare and so frustrating when you desperately need help and no one will!! ?
The staff always come across rude to me

I have used their services for over 30 years and for insurance. I am extremely happy with their services overall. Their insurance seems reasonable competitive. The staff are lovely and very friendly and would go over and above to help you.

Wonderfully friendly staff team in Eastbourne branch. Very professional and knowledgeable.I wasn't able to visit for a few years due their opening limitations during lockdown and my working hours.One of my visits coincided seeing an relative and friend. Im happy that no one seemed to mind a hug as we all have been through such a hard time during the pandemic... Always a pleasure to walk into this branch and I look forward to continue my future business with them.

Absolute shambles and reminded me of the banks in Venezuela. Went in to deposit some money and joined a queue of 5 people. Gave up after 8 minutes when i was still 6th in line and went down to the Post office instead. More cashiers needed

Yousuf was the name of the colleague who helped me, he was polite and professional. I had a few issues that needed resolving and he understood them perfectly and helped me along the way whilst providing excellent customer service. He is a great role model for your company.

The most awful bank spent 4 hours on the phone and then went into branch and all they gave me the phone number that I was trying to get through for 4hours awful avoid at all costs
