Great place for the basics, although if you do need specific things, you may find yourself going elsewhere. We find that we get about 75% of what we need here, never a full shop. Plus points include a great selection of fresh bread and then the mystery section where you never know what you'll find. Anything from cheap art supplies to blankets to a set of drill bits. Odd but strangely satisfying at the same time.

Usual Lidl great prices. Can usually park easily. I recommend their own brand jaffa cakes, bread, dry cure bacon and frozen sharing pies!

All you need in a supermarket. Nice fresh produce. Only downside is the huge queues at the checkouts.
