Recently moved into property through leaper stanbrook,I don't rate them very well ,no congratulations no hamper ,quite unhelpful aswell so no I wouldn't use them again.

Leaper Stanbrook provided a very good service in the sale of our house. The sale was protracted but they arranged and attended multiple viewings, were polite and professional throughout, communication was good and a successful sale achieved.

Leaper Stanbrook recently acted for us in the sale of a flat in Eastbourne. The sale became very protracted but throughout Leaper Stanbrook acted to ensure that the sale reached a satisfactory conclusion. They were very professional in guiding us to completion. It was easy to talk to the partner dealing with our sale who was always helpful, encouraging, chased outstanding matters and kept us informed as to the state of the proceedings. They carefully managed negotiations leading to a successful conclusion. Although I am aware agents act for the vendors I felt well respected and valued as a buyer.

During what turned out to be a long and difficult house sale, the team at Leaper Stanbrook - Andrew, Ethan, Freddy - were patient, persistent and determined. They made life as easy for me as they could, and dealt sensibly and efficiently with every problem that arose. All this and their commission rate was incredibly reasonable too!

Leaper Stanbrook have been excellent at every stage of selling my mother's bungalow. Professional from the start when I was visited by Andrew Leaper. He priced the property just right and we attracted buyers in the first week. Even after the disappointment of losing our first buyers we were back with our second buyer in no time.
