I contacted Leaders Eastbourne with regard to renting out our property. The service and attention I have received from Craig has been exemplary. All phone calls answered, emailed responded to swiftly. Craig, who is the senior lettings agent has assisted us with recommendations for various trades to prepare the property to standard.The property was marketed very efficiently and they found suitable tenants within 48 hours of listing.Other members of staff who I have interacted with at Leaders Eastbourne have been friendly, helpful and obliging.I would have no hesitation in recommending Leaders Eastbourne.

Unfortunately our experience with Leaders can only be described as very disappointing. Initially Ben was very professional and nice. We needed an electricians cert. Their electrician came and saw the house and failed it. The electrician said he could do the electrics at a cost of approx £4500 for a re wire. Ben also told me there would be a charge of £150 for the electrician doing the inspection. I agreed to pay this WHEN I got a written report (otherwise why would I hand over £150) Ben then said the electrician said he would let this charge ?go?. I was immediately suspicious so decided to not go ahead with them. We are having the house electrically brought up to scratch (it didn?t need a rewire) next week at a cost of £1580, a big difference from £4500!

Me and my girlfriend decided we wanted to move out and we saw a nice flat in Eastbourne, so we booked a viewing. I met a lovely gentlemen named Ben, he was well presented and polite. As we took further action to take the property Ben would always give speedy replys on the day and has been very helpful with specific details to help get us situated. I highly recommend Leaders and their brilliant team! Thank you very much for all your help.

When we decided to move from London to Eastbourne, the process of finding a house was really challenging. There weren't many houses for rent and they were being held very quickly. Leaders came to our rescue when we were losing hope.Thanks to them, we were able to rent a very nice house just for us. The paperwork process was very smooth and fast. Besides, we were always in contact and they helped us in all processes.We especially thank Ben for his interest. If you are looking for a house in the area, be sure to stop by and get some ideas.

Ben was professional and a delight to deal with. When Ben was unavailable as he was out on viewings, we were introduced to Jessica who is a delight to deal with. Always positive and nothing is a problem. Both Ben and Jessica guided us through the process in renting a property from Leaders. Both Ben and Jessica compliment each other and make a great team. Even my brief dealings with James was a great experience. I would highly recommend Leaders Estate agents.
