I went today and I have to say I had a pedicure and gel plus infills and gel on my hands my pedicure was done by the gentleman and he was attentive and did an amazing job one of the girls did my infills and was really happy with the outcome I would recommend thank you for my lovely experience

I had a consultation before I booked for my wedding. I was also getting my mum's nail at the same time. I explained what I wanted for myself and my mum. So I booked us in. Unfortunately the service they offer is a complete lie. I asked for my nails not be drilled and not to use gel nail. When I explained to the technician this he ignored me. I said no gel and no drill. That was all I got. I didn't get the nail design I wanted for my wedding and it was too late to go elsewhere. As for my mum's nails. The technician cut them right down to the nail bed and got annoyed when we said no gel.
Extremely upset by the treatment from the staff. 3 of my nails were split at the base because of the drilling. I pointed this out to the technician and he said no not him and too late to fix. The for the pleasure of this butchery and rudeness they tried to charge me extra. I also noted that both the technicians were more interested in their phones. The photos on fb are fake and not done in this salon or by any of the technicians who could do them DO NOT work here. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER

Just had a young boy do me a pedicure, no conversation at all, totally missed all hard skin on my feet, two coats of polish, then charged £38.50 I feel so ripped off, and now need my feet doing!

I have a young Kenyan woman who is my guest and has worked with me in Kenya on various community projects. She is sat in my living room in tears after going here to get her nails done. My guest is so upset at her treatment by staff and a customer. She said to me, I'm not saying they are racist but they were rude and did not answer her. They touched her hands as if she was dirty and she was made to feel very uncomfortable. They hurt her hand and when it was pointed out the woman said nothing let alone apologised. She didn't
clean her finger when they got product on them. £38 for such treatment is disgraceful. Try treating your customers as human beings. What was meant to be a treat from me turned out to be a punishment. She has said she will never go there again. Oh and the young white customer who thinks it's OK to sit staring non-stop. It's not! That is just plain rude and nasty!

I had my first appointment in this new salon today, the girls were lovely and the service was amazing.

Was awful do not go here , they book so many people in at the same time so your nails will be rushed , I got infills and they were done within 30 mins the man rushed so much and my nails are wonky and lumpy ,He also kept pulling my arm really hard and was so rude , he also cut my cuticles .This place made me feel so uncomfortable, didn?t even get spoken to.Will not be going back !Service: Acrylic nails

Beautiful nails done at this place for a good price. They tend to always have available appointments for the times you want, wonderful for last minute.However, my last experience ruined it for me: I had miscounted my cash when paying, therefore had to re-count and give the correct amount - I'm neurodivergent, so I took more time than the average person to process where I'd gone wrong. The lady I was paying was raising her voice and repeatedly shouting the correct price at me. It made me uncomfortable, I couldn't focus on counting the cash and had to start again.Left me quite shaken up if I'm honest, my experiences at this salon were good up until I met this person. I'm sorry if you thought I was trying to get away without paying the sufficient funds, this was not the case. The nail art is stunning here and the artists deserve every penny.My advice is to be patient with customers. A simple interaction can affect a person's whole day.Alongside this, I have a concern about hygiene here. Between customers I have never seen them sanitise surfaces or equipment.
