Always disappointed by this drive thru. The staff seem not to care, never a smile even when I am smiling at them. Also in store too. Just a lot of staff who do not seem happy at work. KFC you need to find out why your staff are unhappy, better pay maybe, and feeling appreciated goes a long way.

We visited this KFC near Big Tesco and The Range for a quick dine-in experience. The restaurant also has a drive-thru option, which is convenient. We ordered a chicken burger and a chicken wrap?both were fine, nothing exceptional. The service was reasonably quick, and we didn?t have to wait long for our food.
The ambience was okayish, not particularly inviting but not unpleasant either. It wasn?t too busy for a Thursday, so it was a calm experience overall.
This KFC is decent if you?re in the area and looking for a quick bite, but there?s nothing that really stood out to make it memorable

Late night take away. Everything hot, perfectly salted (not too much, not too little). Quick and service with a smile.

Quality of Food is fine, quick service when ordering so no issues there.
However when you try and order via the drive through you can't use the app and you only find this out at the ordering point at which point you're either forced to not use the app and continue with your order OR wait to drive around and park up so you can go into the store to use the app.
Spoke to the KFC Care Squad who failed to answer any of our questions in relation to our complaint, second time of contacting them they just advised us they were aware of the issue and would let the manager know. Maybe a sign at the start of the drive through entrance letting you know about the issue would make sense but no, that would take time and improve opinions and that's a big no no....clearly.

Ordered two chicken meals using the drive through which came to nearly £20. You would have thought that their top priority would be to ensure the freshness of their product. Needed a hammer and chisel to get through the skin/coating which was rock hard!

Absolutely abysmal. That was about the worst kfc I have ever had. If they're using the Colonel's original recipe then I'm a rabbit with wings.

Stopped for a quick cheeky lunch. Quick and friendly service, the food was fresh and hot, which was a bonus as sometimes it can be sitting on the rack going cold. It was nice and quiet as we popped in just after lunchtime.

Just a shame that the original recipe isn't what it used to be. Nowhere near as tasty.

Just bough a bargain bucket 6 pieces ,drive through.
Come home to open it only to find that there's only 5 pieces.
Very disappointed.
I would understand if I had a huge order and something to be missed but to order 6 and get 5 is ridiculous.
And on the top of all that we were the only one car on drive through.
I will also understand if it was super busy.
From now on I will check everything I am getting from there. I will suggest everyone else does it too.

Despite the pleasant atmosphere, the service was subpar. The family feast (10-piece) we ordered only contained 9 pieces, which was disappointing. I was ashamed to say this in the couner because I felt other customers here it.
