Absolutely awful experience. Brought £140 coat for sons bday present got home to find hole inside pocket, called store to explain and said how far away I lived and id travel back in to exchange could they put coat aside and assure me of stock replacement. Got there wrong size put aside, no stock, no apology called me a liar, manager so rude. Young lad tried to help told me only stock was Tunbridge Wells and arranged for it to be put aside, made journey to Tunbridge Wells to be be told out of stock, nothing out aside. 2 completely wasted journeys, very rude staff.

Absolutely disgusting I?m not happy with a manager the young lad very rude he make me sick
I bought a trainer yesterday and I went back today. I tried to explain to him with hurting my feet but he doesn?t want to know and sadly he call security officers for me shame on you..
I wish I could give JD Eastbourne store zero star, but I can therefore I gave them one star and I will make complain against the manager.

Good place to shop. It's trendy and polite. A young team of staff but, they know what they are doing. It is a small JD store but you do have the faticility to take orders from your online purchases. So this means order online to deliver in store. Not every product is available for this. However, it gives you the consumer more buying options.

Ok so I'm new to the wonders of JD Sports. My boy now seems to be into his branded clothes and shoes. Thankfully their offers and deals are pretty constant. It's the Only place you can get Nike air force ones locally too.
