I have been visiting Jasmins for years. I love the warm welcome, the time to collect myself in the relaxation room and the luxurious smell and feel of the products they use. I have worked my way through the treatments and I love them all. If I could have a facial and hot stone massage here every 1-2 weeks I would be a very happy girl. Would recommend this salon to anyone. Absolutely love it.

I recently got eyelash extensions at Jasmine beauty salon and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. One eye ended up with more lashes than the other, and within a week, most of the lashes had fallen off. They didn?t look nice at all. Considering the amount I paid for the service, I expected much better quality and longevity. Overall, the service was not worth the price, and I would not recommend it.

The two stars are for how nice everyone treated me. My nails were absolutely beautiful thanks to Pat and are perfect for my occasion. She?s so lovely and we had a good chat. BUT, my luxury gel manicure peeled off after 3 days. I messaged the place and they never responded. Have had to fix them myself.

I was seen by the lovely Lara,who is always friendly and gentle in her approach to clients , for a Cryotherapy Treatment , although I had this treatment at the salon before but by a different therapist it was a few years ago . Lara was very thorough and went through all the pros and cons and discussed how the treatment was done and what area I would like treated . A consent form was filled in and Lara wasn't at all pushy asking if I wanted to think about it and telling me how much it would cost . I went ahead with treatment that day and was asked several times if I was ok , she also said if I had any worries to ring the salon and what I needed to do to care for the area . After the treatment Lara gave me an aftercare letter and explained I need to make a check up appointment for 6 weeks which I did on way out .. I was very happy with my treatment

I have always had 5 star treatment with Susan! She made me feel so comfortable for my first ever intermate wax that I have now been having it done for over a year. She puts up with my screaming, crying and some very choice words. I am just gutted she is leaving me for a year to begin a family ? I hope my next beautician puts up with me as well as she has.
Jasmine's has always been fab and won't go anywhere else for my treatments.
