Visited before the weekend with 2 of my Grandchildren who were interested in the history and what the shop was all about. Well let's say once in a while one stumbles over a business that communicates care and passion around their business, TRUDIE (Manageress) took time and interest to show us the world behind the shop to the products and made this a wonderful warm experience which communicated so much more to all of us myself included. A taste of how service used to be, warm staff atmosphere and definately staff to hang on to as they are the front line of the magical world behind the door you offer! Thank you Trudie and staff.

A Lovely chap showed me how the chocolate making machine works, he took the time to go through how it works and all the different flavors' they have to offer, and i ending up buying one,,,, he offered a vip for future savings, great service and thank you.

Last week i was served by a very polite young lad.
he couldn't do enough for me to make sure i had all i needed, and talked me through all of the chocolate options that best suited me, the service was great, Thank you and i will be back,,,,,

Excellent service and great recommendations from the 2 young lady's serving.
The polite and friendly service by was so good from Rosa and Sasha as this type of service seems to of gone from shops and replaced by the hush and rush service.

Brilliant service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Try a hot choc drink and relax in seating at back of store. Large selection with seasonal and traditional gift themes. If you want to give a great gift or treat yourself its recommended. Loyalty card also available.

Went in Wednesday 28th and had a salted caramel hot chocolate a new young lady had started she was very polite and also informed me of a new flavoured chocolate that was coming out pumpkin spice which was surprisingly nice!
Great customer service, informative and very happy member of staff.
Also went in again Friday 30th Aug couldn't resist again but got a cold white vanilla milkshake would recommend also I questioned about an over I didn't understand as asked twice but nothing to much trouble and still again both ladies in there gave me superb customer service.
