Having been given our 2 months notice as our landlord needed to sell, we was understandably anxious about an unplanned move. We approached James and Bianca and was instantly put at ease. I booked a viewing at 4 pm yesterday, I was present at the place prior to the viewing. No estate agent showed up (viewing was booked on Monday, which was a good 3 days in advance). I called twice, no one picked up. I left a message, no one called me back acknowledging my message. Extremely unprofessional. Luckily, I wasn't travelling from a far distance, but I would be very disappointed if I had to come from far to view a property. Not reliable.
