Booked in for a diagnostic test online as had an engine management warning light, after the test Dom called to advise glo plugs needed to be changed, parts were delivered and glo plugs changed the same morning by Harry. Very impressed with this auto centre will be using again.Thanks guys.. Shaun.

Dominic, Richard and the team at Halfords Auto Centre in Eastbourne are fantastic. Booked online, very easy to pick a slot that fitted around my schedule. Tyres were fitted and balanced. Would highly recommend and wouldn't want to go anywhere else for Tyres, MOT & servicing!!

Extremely disappointing. Booked car in for a major service - I had 2 warning lights on the dashboard which were turned off without investigating. They claim that the lights are a spark plug issue and quoted £125 to change the spark plugs (£35 per spark plug despite them being £11 on Halfords website and £20 fitting fee) - I?ve since done this myself for £30 for all 3 plugs and the lights are still on. Lights reappeared after 3 days, and when I called back, I was told I?d need to pay an additional £50 for them to look at the lights, despite just paying £325 for a service. Whenever I?ve called them, they have been extremely rude to myself and my father in law and continue to demand more money, despite their website saying they investigate any dashboard lights whilst doing a major service. New oil was put in, and is already thick and black. Would not recommend at all!!!!

Well where to start. Absolutely stellar service from beginning to end. First day I got Louie. Oh he was lovely. Knew exactly what he was doing and explained it even to an idiot like me. Second day because my car failed it?s mot. I dealt with Dom. what a lovely lovely fella. He called with all the prices and told me about the re test. Called me when it was done and when I got there saw him and a fella called Richard. Richard is my soul animal. Such a funny fella. Both of them put my anxiety and worries at ease. The mechanics fixed my car super quickly and it all passed. I honestly can?t speak highly enough of the service I received from everyone there. What?s even better is they all had a sense of humour and were up for some banter. Keeps the world turning. Thank you so so much for everything fellas, also all the well wishes. Most appreciated it. Go to Halfords. You honestly won?t regret it. Richard honestly is funny as?.
