Popped in to get a rear windscreen wiper. For £5 they fitted and checked lights, tyres etc. a lovely lad called Ronnie done my car. Fab job thank you so much ?? ??????????????

Three bad experiences with having bulbs and indicators fitted, if you have a bog standard car then fine, but something like a VW ( yes a VW ) and they can't do them. Last week I was told they couldn't do a VW-end of-go elsewhere. If that is the case they need to make it clear at the beginning.

Excellent customer service. I?d like to say a big thank you to Mark. He helped me recovering the engine oil cap fallen into my car bonnet. He saved me money and time looking for a new cap.

Mark worked hard to change a pair of headlight bulbs that were awkward and difficult to get to, with very limited access. It was obviously difficult, but he kept smiling before having to enlist the help of Tim, the ?expert?. Tim was full of festive cheer, and finished the job. Both people are a credit to Halfords Eastbourne.

Just dropped in to talk about buying a new bike as I will need one for work and haven't rode for about 20years. Spoke to a lady called Rachel who couldn't of been more helpful went through various different builds and designs about what I would and wouldn't need within my price range made the whole process very easy so much so I've brought a bike that will suit me perfectly.

My wife's car conked out. We jump started it and decided to go to Halfords. Luke, James and Karl sorted is out in no time. They were extremely efficient and we had a laugh as well. What's not to like! So glad we did not take it to a garage.We also joined Halford's Premium club which gave us money off the new battery and means we not only got tyres, blades and loads of other things checked but also we get a free MOT.Very happy indeed!

Disappointing Service and Unprofessionalism at Halfords Eastbourne.I purchased a Nextbase IQ dash cam from Halfords Eastbourne and opted for their installation service. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.I took the car in for installation Saturday 1st December. After installation was completed, and before I drove home for 10 minutes I was sitting in the car struggling to make the dash cam to work and then I asked a staff member for help. He radio someone and technician Tim came over to tell me it?s unplugged , and proceeded to connect the unit, but that only led to more problems. The dash cam failed to find the rear dash cam, and attempting to download the firmware proved futile, and it stucked.Subsequently, Tim told me to contact Nextbase customer service and left without ensuring the dashcam was functioning. Despite spending hours on the phone with no resolution, I returned to the store the next day and spoke with Keith. While polite, his lack of helpfulness was disheartening. He insisted the installation was fine, shifting blame to the faulty unit and directing me to contact the manufacturer's customer service.Keith's dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge faults in their service left me even more frustrated. Selling a faulty unit and absolving themselves of responsibility for its functionality is unacceptable. Claiming it's normal not to plug in the dash cam, without prior communication, added unnecessary struggle.When I asked Keith for a refund, hoping for a resolution or an attempt to fix the issue, he straight away booked an appointment for next Saturday to remove the unit. This level of unprofessionalism and disorganization is deeply disappointing, highlighting a lack of priority for customer satisfaction at Halfords Eastbourne.Yesterday, I took the car and spent 2.5 hours in a nearby coffee shop until installation finished. Subsequently, I invested more time on the phone with Nextbase customer service. Today, I had to return to the location, and now I'm facing the prospect of taking the car back next Saturday, likely enduring another 2-hour wait. This entire process has been a significant hassle, consuming my time and leaving me both upset and frustrated, all for seemingly no resolution.Overall, my experience has been a complete letdown, and I strongly caution others against relying on Halfords Eastbourne for a hassle-free experience.

Excellent customer service. Went to buy three bulbs and then someone called James showed me that I could save a couple of quid if I bought a bulb kit rather than individual bulbs. With the money I saved I paid to have my headlight bulb fitted Excellent customer service from James. Will definitely return.

Our 512G Next Base Dash Cam SD Card failed. I spoke to Next Base they gave Halfords as one of their Suppliers. My wife was going out near the Branch in Hampden Park so I wrote down what we needed which was a 30GB Card and the price of £20 which I obtained online. She called at the Branch and presented what I had written out to a Sales Assistant. He took the note and came back with a 64GB Card priced at £35 stating that was the one required. I considered this as underhand practice and phoned Halfords Customer Service who agreed that this was not acceptable and offered a discount on the correct Card. My wife visited the Store later the same day and made the exchange but was not offered either an apology or discount.
