Nice enough hotel. Water pressure a bit low at busy times.Restaurant staff were quick efficient and polite. Hotel was full to capacity at the time we were there which in itself is a recommendation.

Just back from 5 day coach holiday staying at Haddon Hall.The food and service was exceptional. A special mention to Ivana in the restaurant, she is so hard working, friendly and efficient.Our bedroom needed a lot of upgrading but was was clean. The communal rooms look like they have been refurbished in recent times and are lovely.The nightly entertainment was enjoyable.We had a really good stay.Thank you all

Excellent hotel well situated to the town centre. Rooms clean and serviced daily. Meals are out of this world. And the staff are so friendly ??

Great location, across from the beach and a 10 minute walk to town, we have stayed in this hotel a few times and have always had a great experience, rooms are always clean, staff are always friendly and helpful and the food has always been fantastic, thank you to all the wonderful staff and entertainment, I'm sure we will be back for our annual turkey and tinsel

Have been here 3 times now and really love it. We come as a group. We had a party for one of the Group.here last night and the hotel did a good job. The singer was brilliant. The rooms are a bit dated but clean.and comfortable, especially for the price we pay. The food is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. We'll done.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Food was really good considering the large numbers catered for. Service was excellent.Entertainment every night and half price drinks after 8pm to 11pm.

Staff are friendly and polite. Food is excellent. Right on seafront. Rooms are basic but who spends that much time in the room, other than sleeping? Would definitely go again.
