Took my car in for MOT. Was advised of general recall by Audi. HL passed my vehicle fit for the road. Took car to dealership for recall. They subsequently advised that my vehicle SHOULDNT have passed the MOT, that there were several MAJOR faults. Obviously, I/we didn't know about this before my partners van went in, and the absolutely poor service we experienced with that. Out of 4 vehicles in this household, we've had really, really poor service with three of them, not to mention that they've caused £4000 worth of damage on the van. ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS ON SO MANY LEVELS!!

I got my van serviced and MOTd here. They fixed an issue with my ABS promptly, and advised me on an alternator issue. Good communicators and they seem an honest garage.
