“A series of unfortunate events: on Saturday 11th, while checking the spacesaver tyre (oooh - potholes) on my VW, I closed the door and the car locked with my keys inside.Options: a) panic, b) roadside assistance call out or c)a 5+ hour round trip for family to bring the space key.Option a) panic - after explaining the sorry saga to a staff member and with heartfelt apologies for also blocking the facilities for their customers I expected a generic ‘oh dear’.What was freely and quickly given was helpfulness (barrier was speedily put in place) and real kindness (that coffee on a cold day for a stranded motorist was so generous and appreciated).Option b) after being at a standstill for 2 hours, we were soon on the road again.So THANK YOU to the BP staff member for your amazing customer service.”

“I would like to say a really big thankyou to tha customer service staff who go by the names Tracy and Nikji who went above and beyond their duties when I came to your store on the 26th march 2023. I had ,had my phone stolen on Brighton pier the day before and had been to Curry's to replace it. I needed a new PAYG sim card to last me till I got back home, they helped to set up the phone, register the sim and get me back online so I could keep in touch with my family, being 62 I'm new to this and I don't know what I would have done without them. “This M\\u0026S is part of the petrol station and so is fairly limited, but has a good selection for the size of the store. There's also a customer toilet which often isn't the case in petrol stations that are in the vicinity of a town.”
