Bought a M&S sofa as it was supposed to have a firm seat cushions...it didn't. Couldnt get anywhere with M& S so took both seat cushions to Reece & after a few attempts, got the seat cushions to a firmness that my back can deal with.....can 100% recommend Reece & team.
