Dear future customers, I write to warn you - about being double charged for items. I made a returned but instead of getting my money back I was charged again and here is where the problem started. According to the shop manager, the systems don?t allow them to sort without returning to the store with my original receipts, as she was unable to do this over the phone using the details I provided. However, when I returned to the store she spent 30 minutes upstairs speaking to their customer services department. The store were unwilling to give me any documentation my money had or will be returned to my account. They say they cannot return the money directly on to my bank card but had access to my bank details from months ago which is concerning and something I will be raising with my Bank. The store wouldn?t allow me to speak to customer services so I contacted them myself. They were also unhelpful saying I would need to wait a further 3 to 5 working days before my money was returned. It has been a time-consuming, unpleasant experience that has taken months and I?m still not sure if I?m going to get my money back.I would advise any would be customers to ask the question, what if I need to return an item?

Very unfriendly hostile and not attentive to customers also made to feel uncomfortable at checkout when buying items as a worker there likes to give people dirty looks

Fabulous range of clothing, professionally displayed and arranged and from ethically sourced suppliers. Currently, the summer range is ON SALE, so it's a good time to get those last minute bargain t-shirts, shorts, hats and dresses. Staff are friendly and helpful too. ?

I love Fat Face products, always good quality although pricey. Not always my style but like checking out their stock. I like their leather goods. Staff always sociable. Managed to grab myself a bargain reduced to £10 from ,£28.50.

Fatface used to be my favourite shop, we came in today from Lewes especially on the train to buy some jeans as the store in Brighton and Lewes have closed. I can see why, No Customer Service, no one attending the changing rooms to offer any help. Then once i had found some i liked eventually, in a que of 1 waiting at a till with 4 staff members, only 1 serving the rest chatting and eating their lunch (tesco cup of pasta) ON THE SHOP FLOOR! any help.. NO. I walked out. So sad, back on the train we go.

Nice shop not to busy with clothing normally wrapped around your neck as you walk in the door like most shops these days, well laid out display good atmosphere nice quality clothing, makes a change.
