Went in to the Eastbourne store to query the internet coverage, spoke to a young man and he said he didn't know, he was looking around for help from the other members of staff and no one said a word 4 members of staff free and no help at all. What a rude way to treat customers never again

Jacob must be congratulated on his brilliant service and excellent product knowledge! We found his customer care way above the average as nothing was too much trouble to explain everything. Great in this day and age to find a youngster so interested and helpful!

Went into Eastbourne branch of EE on Sunday 11/08/24. I was attended to by Kyle a very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful young man. He fixed the problem I was experiencing with my phone (sim card stuff) and gave me some excellent advice for future use.
In many establishments (shops, bars, customer service areas, including some London branches of EE.... customers are met with a couldn't careless attitude from staff. Not so in Eastbourne branch of EE. Kyle was one of the most helpful people I've met in a long time.
They must have good managers there as the service was top class. Thank you Kyle.

I would like to thank Jacob for his help and assistance when we visited the shop. After reading over reviews on the service of the Eastbourne shop I nearly didn?t visit, but was pleased I did and Jacob was very patient with us, explaining everything we needed.

Don't waste your time. Zuzi is barely awake in the morning and directed me to a knock off shop across the road that couldn't provide my requirements. I went home and contacted my phone manufacturer direct and they did it cheaper than EE could. I wonder how they stay in business?
