Shout out to Robin/Robyn for the excellent Customer Service in the Eastbourne store. Very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and all this with a smile on her face despite the mad amount of people in the store. A real credit to the company.

Nice shop. Sad that many items are locked in cabinets now. It's always annoying to find the till through the labyrinth but a great range of products for homes. Nice staff.
