I went into Dreams in Eastbourne on Friday and Anne-Marie who served me was very helpful and efficient. She made my daughter and myself a hot drink whilst she did the order.

The staff in this shop are Brilliant. We were treated to great customer service. We had a bash on the mattress testing machine, I want the machine, lol. It manipulated until it finds your reccomend settings, which gives you the mattress to suit you. We will be going back for a bed/ mattress in the near future.

Dreams Eastbourne are excellent - efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, after spending more than £2,200 on a TV bed, it was delivered damaged, they tv is on my floor, with all the cable trailing about, the Customer Service lady is sending us the broken piece, so WE can install the TV and fix the frame - After the delivery guys (very lovely) complained to their Manager on day of delivery, we've logged complaints to C/Services, and pittance of compensation offered. We have a £2k TV bed, we are unable to sleep on - all our stuff is in our 6yrs olds room and Dreams C/Services have been unsupportive and I feel we have not received a sufficient level of care, compensation and compassion for 4 hours of a wasted delivery, £120+ installation (not being refunded!) and broken parts they want US to fix !
