I ordered a meal from the store in Langney, Eastbourne and I noticed my drink was already opened.
I contacted the store and explained the issue to a lady and I was told they would check with the driver and get back to me with a replacement.
30 Minutes later I called for an update and after a few rings one of the staff picked up the handset and immediately hung up on me.
They then ignored any further calls from myself, I am aware you have caller display.

Whoever was on shift duty needs to be re-educated on their level of customer service and remember to fix any issues a paying customer has without prejudice.

Ordered our pizza one didn't come with the stuffed crust after charging extra for stuffed crust. Didn't get the garlic dip that we ordered as extra.
Food was tasty but very disappointed with charging extra for extras and not receiving.

Delivery drivers are as rude as anything!Not welcoming when you enter the store to pick up/ place an order, ordered for pick up and had to wait 20 minutes after arrival even though it said order was ready.Whole place is a shambles
