Visited store at Eastbourne, one member of staff who was locked away in his little glass office with myself and other customer hovering outside waiting for help. I walked out. Not sure about the other person but they were on their phone complaining about one staff member and he we was on the phone. Zero customer service unless of course you were lucky enough to be on the phone talking to the one member of staff

We visited the Eastbourne branch several times before and after purchasing our home, and we had the pleasure of working with Tracy and Matt on both occasions. They were exceptional!
While maintaining a high level of professionalism, they also made us feel comfortable and were genuinely friendly throughout the process. We will certainly continue to shop here.

The Eastbourne Store has terrible customer service they are dismissive and not interested in finding a solution to an issue. Do not buy in store if you have any problems they say the furniture is handmade and cannot be returned or exchanged but if you order online or over the phone you can return within 14 days therefore being ?handmade? isn?t an issue. We only wanted to change the frame of one modular section we didn?t even want to return the sofa. Definitely do not recommend doesn?t even deserve one star with the service we recieved.

Excellent service and delivery
We wanted to replace our DFS-Sofa by two recliners. As we had done our homework online beforehand, the sale was smooth and very friendly. On our request, collecting of the old sofa was offered via sub service at extra cost, which we agreed to a few days later.
Updating on process was great during production time and delivery was announced for 9 weeks after purchase.
They had arranged for the collecting on the delivery date in the morning, while the chairs arrived 2.5 hours later. Both service crews where friendly, polite and efficient. The whole experience a sheer pleasure. Well done DFS Eastbourne!

Shame on you the staff who was working on the 9th may 2024, my brother was took ill while sat in my car outside your shop, after calling 111 an ambulance was called & arrived shortly afterwards, after they done all there checks my brother was in need of the toilet, before being taken to hospital, to which an ambulance person came into your shop to ask if there patient in the back of the ambulance could use your toilet, & was very shocked that you refused him this small request, but don't worry Curry's next-door was much more helpful & let him use there toilet, well done Curry's for your compassion helping someone out in there hour of need, nothing like helping out the NHS, some people have short memories, I hope that none of you need a small request & they refuse you, I will never be buying anything from your shop,

Gary and Matt were absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, fun and made our purchase very easy!! Gary embraced our individuality advised us on the best way to get a corner sofa into an apartment with awkward corners. Can't wait for it to be delivered.

Not been into a DFS for many years and I was pleasantly surprised at the choice of sofas. The prices seemed very reasonable to me, with many great looking and comfortable sofas for under £1000. We subsequently ordered one online after measuring up back at home. Delivery estimate is 7 weeks and £100 delivery charge.

We are so pleased with our sofa purchase. We love the velvet Dylan express recliner and won't have to wait long! Really looking forward to our new furniture. Thanks to our sales lady Emma for looking after us. Lovely coffee too!

I went into DFS Eastbourne to buy the Patterdale sofa. Jason who looked after me and my husband was fantastic, the hot chocolate was tasty. All in all a great experience.

Just bought the San Antonio from Sam (Amazing) I can't fault the service as this is my third sofa from DFS. Jason who looked after us before was also very good. 10/10 Eastbourne.

Shocking! Do not buy from here! Was promised a delivery date, 4 days later it arrived. Manager couldn't care less! Was promised a refund for no delivery but manager refused to honor this and offered a hamper ? Spoke to head office who refunded the money. I I won't be buying from here again!
