Very poor, had booking, arrived at hotel late eve, (hotel has 24hr check in) however hotel had cancalled my room, no communication at all!! Had to find another hotel 11pm on a Sunday and was with partner.... Very unprofessional, wild lack of consideration, strongly avoid!!

Overall amazing experience!¡ all of the staff were so friendly and accomodating, the owner was especially bubbly and lovely!¡ we also had a lovely glass of wine in the evening, which gave great vibes and a homely energy!¡ the room was also amazing and very comfortable and overall an amazing price for a bed and breakfast, which was also delicious!¡ :)

Placed a short walk from the beach front and town centre this hotel is roomy and staff are great. Our room was big and decent. Only downers were the shower was underwhelming and the two mattresses (two single beds pushed together) needed replacing. Cooked breakfast and service was amazing!Rooms: Large rooms we'll furnished.Nearby activities: Town center and esplanade all close by.Food & drinks: Breakfast nice and tasty!

Warm and comfortable with fabulous breakfasts. Lovely helpful staff. Car parking. Great location opposite The Towner. Will stay again. Recommended.

Stayed one night in the Willmington Suite. Had a work meeting during the day and the staff were fabulous, allowed us to take over a lounge, provided refreshments and couldn't have done enough for us. The suite was a lovely surprise very tidy, clean and comfortable. Only downer was it was so hot! The heating was on high, and I had to open 2 windows and prayed for a breeze. The room otherwise was perfect. The onsite restaurant was delightful once again staff where very attentive and the food was delicious and the portions big! This really his a gem of a place and I hope to returnFood & drinks: Amazing on site restaurant not to be overlooked... beautiful food

Amazing hotel and staff, incredibly clean, very welcoming. Cannot find a single fault. Rooms very spacious and comfortable . Nothing is to much trouble. Onsite parking and brilliant breakfast.Would not stay anywhere else.

Well located, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have deducted one star because breakfast was rather chaotic on two mornings due to members of a very large group all arriving for breakfast at the same time, even though slots were booked in advance to avoid this. I didn?t mind the delay, because I wasn?t in a hurry, but I felt really sorry for the staff, especially the chef.

Attentive, knowledgeable(where to go, what to see, what's on , etc) and friendly staff, very tidy and comfortable stay. Good food, great location , no problems at all during our stay, overall a great experience.

this is the best hotel in Eastbourne. Great staff nothing to much trouble food first class. A pleasure to go down in the morning great start to the day. Parking is a real bonus. The front desk will help plan your trips and arrange taxis. A warning dont try to pinch the camera!!

We were booked in the Saffron Suite for three nights. Easy check in with very helpful staff. Bathroom could have had an extra shelf to put things, otherwise OK. Generous bed size and very comfortable. Sat in our patio a few times as the weather was pleasant. Chairs could have done with a bit clean. Complimentary tray was well stocked and replenished every day. We requested a mini fridge in the room as we like a cup of tea first thing in the morning and this was provided with no trouble at all. The only downside to our stay was a slight noise from the room above on two nights. There was constant opening of drawers and walking around the room at 1 am in the morning!

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, spotless and in good decor. I was very impressed and happy. Breakfast was the best I?ve had and it was served hot and fresh. Quality food too. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and plenty of soap etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.
